Mark products you need often as favorites, and filter the product list to just those products with a single click.

How do I mark a product as a favorite?​

On the Products page every product card has a heart icon (in the tile view at the bottom right of the product image, in the list view at the right edge of the row).

  • Heart outline = not a favorite yet.
  • Filled heart (in your portal color) = favorite.

Clicking the heart toggles it. A short confirmation appears ("Favorite added" / "Favorite removed"). Clicking the heart does not open the product; for that you click the card itself as usual.

Show favorites only​

In the filter bar at the top (next to search and category) there is the "Show favorites only" toggle. Active (colored) → the list shows only your favorited products. You can combine the favorites filter with the search, category and compatibility filters.

"Reset filters" also turns off the favorites filter again.

Are favorites private?​

Yes. Favorites apply only to your account. Other customers of the same licensor don't see them, and the manufacturer (provider admin) currently doesn't see which products you have favorited.

Frequent questions​

Do favorites persist when I log out or switch devices? Yes, they are tied to your account, not the browser. You see them everywhere you are logged in.

What happens when a favorited product is removed from the catalog? Then it also disappears from your favorites; there are no "dead" entries.

Do I briefly see no hearts when the page first loads? Possible: the favorites are loaded right after the page is built, which takes just a moment.
